Why I built this
Most small and medium-sized businesses are brilliant at what they do — but they do not have time to become full-time problem-solving consultants. When the same issue keeps appearing, it is easy to treat the symptom again and again and never get to the cause.
I built whyfound to make root-cause thinking accessible. After years of leading improvement projects for large automotive and logistics operations, I wanted to bring the same structured, practical approach to smaller businesses that don't have dedicated quality or continuous-improvement teams.

A 1:1 session with your personal whyfound mentor where we go deeper than the automated report: we walk through your evidence, confirm the true root cause and agree concrete corrective actions with owners and dates. Session lengths are determined by the complexity of the case; initial call approximately 1 hour.
How is my information handled?

What is your refund policy?
If the diagnostic fails to generate a report, or the report doesn't reflect the information you provided, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Because your report is built specifically from your answers, we can't offer refunds simply because you'd hoped for a different root cause — but we do guarantee a genuine, complete analysis every time.
